Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm CT (excluding U.S. holidays).

  • Standard processing time: 1–2 business days. Preorders and peak seasons may take longer.

  • Cut-off: Orders placed after 2:00 pm CT process the next business day.

  • Once an order is placed, we begin packing quickly. If you need an edit/cancellation, email amelievaron@gmail.com within 30 minutes and we’ll do our best.

    Transit times are estimates from the carrier and start after your order ships.

Free Shipping (U.S.)

  • Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on orders $[Y]+ (after discounts, before tax). Applies to contiguous U.S. only unless noted.

International Shipping

  • We ship to many countries via [DHL/UPS/USPS International].

  • Rates are shown at checkout. Duties, taxes, and import fees are usually paid by the recipient and are non-refundable.

  • Delivery estimates vary by destination: typically 7–21 business days. Customs clearance can extend timelines.

Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking is sent when your order leaves our facility.

  • Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after label creation.

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If you need to change the address, email amelievaron@gmail.com ASAP. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it; otherwise, you may need to contact the carrier.

Delivery, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • When a carrier marks a package Delivered, risk of loss passes to the customer. Consider shipping to a secure location.

  • If your package is lost (no tracking updates for 7 business days domestic / 15 business days international), contact us and your carrier. We’ll help file a claim and offer a resolution where possible.

  • If a package is stolen after delivery, we’ll assist with a claim, but replacements/refunds are not guaranteed.

  • Damage in transit? Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and item(s).

PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO & Remote Areas

  • PO Boxes: Shipped via USPS (some services unavailable).

  • APO/FPO/DPO: Allowed where carrier options permit; delivery may take longer.

  • Alaska/Hawaii/U.S. Territories/Remote Areas: Additional time and/or surcharge may apply.

Restricted & Heat-Sensitive Items

  • Certain cosmetic items (e.g., aerosols/flammables) may ship Ground only within the U.S. and are not eligible for international air transport.

  • Heat-sensitive products can soften or melt in transit during warm months. We pack thoughtfully, but please bring deliveries indoors promptly. We can’t guarantee temperature control after carrier pickup.

Multiple Shipments

  • To get your order to you faster, items may ship in separate boxes at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

Undeliverable & Refused Packages

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable/refused, we’ll issue a refund minus shipping costs once received, or reship for an additional shipping fee.

Preorders & Backorders

  • Estimated ship windows are shown on the product page. Your card may be charged at checkout to reserve inventory. If timelines change materially, we’ll update you by email.

Holiday Shipping

  • Carriers experience delays during peak holiday periods. Order early—published delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Carrier Delays & Force Majeure

  • Once handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. Weather events, customs inspections, strikes, or other disruptions may cause delays.
